Return Policy

We pride ourselves in the highest quality handmade products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase.

In order to return or exchange your purchase you must Contact Us and tell us the item you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request. Upon approving your request we will email your our shipping address and a Return Authorization Number. We cannot be responsible for items we did not ship, so please mail your return in a prepaid, insured, and trackable package.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your return to be processed. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Sale items and merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our specified requirements.
