Domestic Shipping

All orders placed in the United States will be shipped via FedEx Ground. We charge a flat fee for shipping on all orders that is broken down as follows:

$0 to $200 order = $9 shipping fee
$201 to $450 order = $12 shipping fee
$451 and up = $15 shipping fee

When your shipment leaves our studio depends on whether your purchase was In Stock, Made to Order, or Pre-Order. Please refer to the item description and "Recieving Your Order" (above) for an idea of when to expect your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email update with a tracking number. FedEx Ground packages take about 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please Contact Us with any special shipping requests.


International Shipping

We charge a flat fee of $40 for shipping and handling on all international orders. Packages are shipped via USPS Global Express. You will be notified via email when your shipment has left our studio, which depends on whether your purchase was In Stock, Made to Order, or Pre-Order. Shipping time varies depending on the country to which the package is being shipped, but usually arrive within 7 to 10 days.

Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply once the package reaches your country. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer and shop.elisebergman.com is not responsible for estimating or paying for any of these fees. If you refuse any shipments, you are responsible for any shipping charges, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
